Why a book subscription box?
Our subscription box is a fun way to discover a book that you might or might not have chosen for yourself. We love finding the right book for the right person and can't wait to surprise you with a book every other month! We love the idea of curating a little bit of magic for our customers similar to how it feels to visit the shop.
How it works!
You tell us a little bit about what books you like to read (see below) and we'll send you a book every other month plus a little something extra made by some of our favorite artist friends, or a little bit of bookshop love.
All books will be gently used - if you want a pristine copy of a book in your subscription box, then this is not the one for you. We are very picky about the quality of used books that we carry in our store and we will do our best to send out really good condition used books. However, sometimes our idea of “really good” might not match up with yours. Sometimes we might send you something you’ve already read; if that’s the case, feel free to gift that Book Box to a friend, but we will not be able to do any exchanges. We ship the Book Boxes out on or around the 15th of each month. So if you order a on the 16th of the month, your subscription box will ship the next month on the 15th.
No returns, refunds, or exchanges - thank you for understanding.
Your subscription to our Yellow Dog Book Box is $18 every other month - shipping is included.
