FAQ 1:

Q: If I order my Book Box on November 15th, when will my first Book Box arrive?

A: We will ship out your Book Box on the 15th of the next month when you first order. So if you order on November 15th, we will ship it out on December 15th. Then your next box will ship out on February 15th, April 15th, June 15th, August 15th, October 15th… and so on.

FAQ 2:

Q: What if I’ve already read the book in my Book Box?

A: That might happen. We suggest that you gift the Book Box to a friend. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to return or exchange your book once it’s been shipped out.

FAQ 3:

Q: Can I give this as a gift?

A: Absolutely! Let us know that it’s a gift in the comment box with that person’s name and address. (And don’t forget to fill out the form keeping their book interests in mind!)
