Buying & Trading

We obtain our inventory from several sources including book sales, donations from the local community, as well as buying & trading.

Our shop is small but we carry many different subjects and topics, so it's always good to call us first to see if we need the kinds of books you're looking to sell at the moment. That being said, we are always looking for classic + contemporary fiction, poetry, philosophy, religion, and books focused on LGBTQ, African-American studies, gender studies, and other social justice topics.

Thank you in advance for understanding if we aren't able to buy all of the books you bring in. We have limited space and are committed to offering our customers books that are high quality second hand books. We reserve the right to turn away books that are excessively dirty, dusty, water damaged, or smell even a little bit like mildew. We also cannot carry books that smell of smoke or that have animal hair on them.

We buy books on Monday, Friday, and Saturday from Noon-5pm. You MUST make an appointment to sell books.
